By being a member of Ely Walking Netball club, we collect and store only your name, mobile number and email address which is needed to manage club membership and to communicate with you (on WhatsApp) about training, events and news.
By continuing to be a member of our Walking Netball group on ‘WhatsApp’ gives consent for us to use your details to communicate to you on our group activities.
Your membership form is kept securely by the head coach, and end to end encryption operates within WhatsApp.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, at any time by contacting the head coach or email ElyWalkingNetball@gmail.com.
By process, all your details will be deleted when you leave the club.
